Description: The heavily cast, compressed body is raised on three feet and set with a pair of loop handles, an attractive brown patina. The base with a Xuande six charachter mark. (Very heavy piece)
Age: Late Ming/early Qing, probably early 17th century.
Size: Approx 29cm wide across the handels.
Condition: Good – Usual wear consummate with age.
Note! I have not attempted to wipe over or clean the censer, it comes exactly as how I bought it from a large old private estate in Scotland.
